Free Consultation

We would be delighted to assist you with your special day. We are available to answer any inquiries you may have and help you plan your event. Furthermore, we would be happy to provide you with a free quote tailored to your specific needs. We look forward to hearing from you and being a part of your special day.

Pick A Date

To secure the date for your event, please let us know the specific day of the week and the desired start time for your event. This information is important for us to ensure that we are available and can reserve the date for you. Once we have this information, we will confirm the availability and save the date for your special day.

Pick A Venue/Location

We are thrilled to offer our services for your bridal shower, picnic, or baby shower at the location of your choice. Whether it's in our backyard, by the lake for a picnic, or in the comfort of your living room, we are flexible and ready to accommodate your preferences.

 

Please note that any applicable travel fees will not be included in the initial pricing. We will work with you to determine the travel fee based on the location of your event. If you opt for a public location that requires a permit, we will handle the necessary communication with the clerk's office to ensure that all permits are obtained and in compliance with regulations. Please let us know your desired location, and we will be there to make your event a memorable one.

Fill Out Event Booking Form

To better assist you, we would like to gather some additional information:

 

1. How many guests are you planning to invite to your event? This will help us determine the appropriate setup and ensure that we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

 

2. Do you have a specific color theme in mind for your picnic? Let us know your preferred colors, and we will do our best to incorporate them into the setup and décor.

 

3. Regarding catering, we offer our own catering services if you would like us to handle the food arrangements. Alternatively, if you have a preferred food vendor or would like to explore other options, we are more than happy to work with your preferred choice. Please provide us with the above details, and we will customize our services to meet your needs and create a truly personalized experience for your special day.

Deposit & Incidental Fee

To save the date, 50% deposit is required with $100 damage fee as incidentals which can be refunded within 3 business days after the event if no damage has been made. Invoice will be sent to you via email. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

 

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to reschedule your event to another day within 12 months of the original reservation date. However, any requests for rescheduling must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the original picnic date.

 

If a cancellation request is made within 3 weeks prior to the original picnic date, the deposit will be forfeited due to our third party's non-refundable policy for food reservations.

Show Up In Your Event

To ensure that you have the best experience, our team will arrive 1-4 hours prior to the event start time to set up everything for you. We want to ensure that everything is prepared and ready to go before your guests arrive.

 

At the end of the event, we will return to break down and clean everything. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you, allowing you to enjoy the event without any worries about the cleanup. Please let us know if you have any specific requests or preferences for the setup and breakdown process, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Invoice

Thank you for your time and for choosing us for your event. We will send the invoice to your email address within 7 days prior the event. The invoice will include the remaining balance, 18% service charge, travel fee and state tax.  We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
